We had a very exciting and successful Zoom meeting with the principals of Polyline on Jan 19, 2021. They put together an extensive presentation from ideas we conveyed to them and from information gathered during the site visit. They created a slide show that included area demographics, weather patterns, and surrounding businesses and attractions.
What was really exciting were the five different conceptual designs they presented. The designs placed the buildings in relation to the lot shape, topography, and prevailing winds. The buildings will be in a u-shaped pattern to provide shelter from the wind to create a very comfortable inner courtyard. Parking plans and traffic flow will make very accessible. A stand alone building is positioned towards the top of the lot for a drive through business.
We all kicked around ideas and the Polyline team is going to work on refining the complex. We are very pleased with the architects of Polyline and their professional approach to Lehua Court. Polyline is an architectural firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
