On the southern Big Island in the growing Kaʻū district, many of everyday life's resources are not yet available, including employment and basic services like banking and pharmacy.
As a new mixed-used development, Lehua Court will enhance the area by responding to the community's needs and creating a friendly, comfortable, gathering place, as well as bringing added value to property and existing businesses.
The Team
To finance the project, Lehua Court partners Bill Stockton and Steve Sahines have formed Ohia Development Corp. (a Delaware Corporation) to be the financing arm of this project.
With over 50 years in the construction industry, Bill Stockton has been a licensed contractor in Hawaii since 1989.

How to Invest
The offering price for the stock in Ohia Development Corp. (ODC) will be $5 per share.
For this preliminary round of financing we are offering investors a 5% discount on shares ($4.75 per share). There is no minimum amount that must be purchased. Once the criteria have been met and ODC is listed on the exchange this discount will no longer be available. After ODC is listed and the IPO happens, these contributions will be converted to stock certificates and can be held in whatever brokerage house you choose.
