In the Kaʻū/Ocean View area, the local residents are in great need for more services, as many of the everyday life needs are just not available. Reducing driving times by bringing jobs & services closer would be a positive change for Ocean View.The new mixed used development of Lehua Court will enhance the Kaʻū area as a friendly, comfortable, gathering place and bring added value to property and existing businesses alike.

Our Mission

Lehua Court’s mission is to provide reasonably priced and much needed commercial space for the Kahuku marketplace.  Special concern for the land and environment will be a priority. The project is intended to provide opportunities for entrepreneurial services in the surrounding area, as well as a convenient stopping place for tourists and other travelers. The businesses established will provide nearby employment for the local residents while easing road congestion during peak commuting periods.

The Team

To finance the project, Lehua Court partners Bill Stockton and Steve Sahines have formed Ohia Development Corp. (a Delaware Corporation) to be the financing arm of this project.

 

In the final stages of being listed on the OTCQX Stock Exchange, we would like to extend the opportunity to those who can see the validity of Lehua Court to create an initial investors group. If you are a friend, resident, or interested investor of the area, here is a chance to get in on the ground floor and support this project, which will greatly enhance all of us.

Why Invest?

The value of Lehua Court will increase after construction and the addition of new businesses. It can be viewed as a long-term investment, but when listed, can be actively traded like any stock.

As in any investment, there is risk involved, so that should be taken in consideration before investing.

The offering price for the stock in Ohio Development Corp. (ODC) will be $5 per share.

 

For this preliminary round of financing we are offering investors a 5% discount on shares ($4.75 per share). There is no minimum amount that must be purchased. Once the criteria have been met and ODC is listed on the exchange this discount will no longer be available. After ODC is listed and the IPO happens, these contributions will be converted to stock certificates and can be held in whatever brokerage house you choose.

We only have three small operating commercial centers and all are full.
Many businesses as my own depend on home offices but would prefer a commercial space with adequate parking and restroom facilities to welcome the public.
